H&H Castings, Inc., a premier supplier of quality aluminum castings for more than 40 years, specializes in difficult jobbing applications. The company's reputation for quality began in 1965 when it was established and remains the foundation of our continued success. In 1989, H&H built a large, new facility in York, PA with a total melt capacity in excess of 50,000 pounds a day. A broad range of aluminum alloys are cast including 319, SR-319, A-356, SR-A-356, 713 (TENZALLOY), and other alloys available depending on volume.

High speed FBO automatic molding machines in combination with Roto-Lift and squeezer methods assure great flexibility in meeting quantity runs as few as 1 to lots of 1,000 without production delays.

The company is privately owned and has complete manufacturing, tooling and quality control capabilities. H&H Castings is ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q9001:2000 certified. These capabilities allow H&H to satisfy nearly all customer needs in-house for sand castings ranging in size from ounces to 300 pounds. Casting tolerances of +/-.020" are routine. Tolerances of +/-.010 can be attained with fully CNC machined tooling. Typical castings are housings, regulators, valves, complex parts with internally cored passageways requiring good dimensional control and fine surface finish (150 RMS to 300 RMS).
